ANZLIC Metadata Discussion GroupWelcome to the ozmeta-l discussion group.
This is a forum to discuss metadata issues with the community at large.
This discussion group was established by the Environmental Resources Information Network, Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts), on behalf of the Australia New Zealand Land Information Council Working Group on Metadata Directories.
The Australia and New Zealand Land Information Council [ANZLIC] Working Group on Metadata Directories has recently prepared Version 1 of the Core Metadata Elements for Land and Geographic Data Directories in Australia and New Zealand.
Users of these guidelines are encouraged to provide feedback on their experiences and any suggestions for improvement through this discussion group. For more information on the guidelines please refer to the ANZLIC home page at http://www.anzlic.org.au/
