Information on carryover

Carryover factsheets have been released to provide information on the carryover of Commonwealth environmental water.

These groupings of catchments have been selected because they cover most of the Commonwealth environmental water holdings and illustrate the three main models of carryover rules in the Murray-Darling Basin.

Commonwealth Environmental Water will report each year on the volume of water that has been carried over on each entitlement type held by the Commonwealth in the Basin and provide comparisons with the carryover of other water users.
