In accordance with section 43 of the Australian Heritage Commission Act 1975, I submit the report of the Australian Heritage Commission for the year ended 30 June 2000.
As required by section 43(1)(a) of the Act, the report contains a description of the condition of the National Estate.
In accordance with section 9 of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997, the report also follows the ‘Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Orders for Report of Operations’ issued by the Minister for Finance and Administration on 17 August 1998.
