Once the Minister for the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts (the Minister) includes a place in the National or Commonwealth Heritage List, special requirements come into force to ensure that its values will be protected and conserved for the benefit of future generations. One of the ways to undertake good management and planning is through the development and implementation of a management plan.
