The State Party Report on the state of conservation of the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area was presented to the World Heritage Committee on 1 February 2012.
In it, the Australian and Queensland governments respond to the World Heritage Committee's decision 35 COM 7B.10 made in Paris, France in June 2011. The decision is available at www.unesco.org
The World Heritage Committee will consider the report at its 36th session in June 2012.
