About the report

Goats (Capra hircus) are an important contributor to total grazing pressure in the southern, predominantly sheep-grazed, rangelands. Since they are unconstrained by conventional fencing, prefer rugged or shrubby terrain and have a broader diet than other stock, feral goats thrive in many rangeland ecosystems and are difficult to effectively manage.
