Quarterly Reporting for Pre-Charged Equipment Licensees

It is a condition of pre-charged equipment licences that the licensee submits a report, in an approved form, and pay licence levies by the 15th day following the end of each quarter. If no imports were made in the quarter a report (i.e. a ?nil? reports) is still required. Additional fees may be charged for overdue levy payments.

To lodge your quarterly report online you must complete the spreadsheet and saved it to your PC before you upload it on this page. To upload the spreadsheet enter the file path in the window below (or use the browse facility to locate the file), then press the upload button and follow the instructions. A statement will be generated advising you of the amount of levy due. You must pay the levy within 15 days after the end of each quarter.
