In late 2007, the Director of National Parks commissioned an independent Review of Land Management Services delivered under contractual arrangements between Director of National Parks and Austland Services Pty Ltd, which has been carried out by the former Director-General of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service, Mr Brian Gilligan.
The views expressed in the report are those of the consultant and do not represent the views of the Australian Government or the Director of National Parks.
For privacy reasons, references to the names of contributors to the review have been removed. In all other respects, the report is provided in full for information.
