Green Vouchers and GST
The upper limit of the Green Vouchers for Schools grant is a GST exclusive amount of $50,000. This means a funding amount of up to $55,000 GST inclusive may be available.
Registration
Once you have registered for Green Vouchers for Schools, we will verify your status as a school and advise you of your funding eligibility including the maximum amount you can claim.
Cost estimate
When completing your claim, you will include the details of quotes from the businesses and contractors you will use to complete your project.
All quotes you receive should clearly display the cost of the equipment and labour you are purchasing, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and the total amount payable. Each quote usually shows the following separate amounts:
- Amount Excluding GST
- Amount of GST
- Amount including GST
Claim
When completing your claim form, you will insert the GST inclusive.
When we have assessed your claim, Green Vouchers for Schools will pay your school the agreed GST inclusive amount.
