Review of mitigation measures used to deal with the issues of habitat fragmentation
About the report
This report identifies and reviews an extensive body of literature on the effectiveness of measures that aim to mitigate the fragmentation effects of linear infrastructure, such as roads, railway lines, and utility easements (e.g. powerlines, pipelines).
A broad purpose of this report is to provide information on effectiveness to assist the Department evaluate proposals submitted to it under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Act (1999).
