Environmental Requirements for the Jabiluka Uranium Project are included as a schedule to the Mineral Lease granted under the Mining Act 1990 (repealed) and continued under the Mining Act 2003. The Environmental Requirements address matters including technology, staffing and environment, control of water and tailings disposal and vegetation and landscape protection.
