About Us
Environmental Requirements for the Nabarlek Uranium Project, previously listed as a schedule under the Uranium Mining (Environment Control) Act 1979 (repealed), are now incorporated as a schedule to the Mineral Lease, which is continued under the Mining Management Act 2001. There are 44 Environmental Requirements that address issues including water pollution, air pollution, monitoring and regulation.
