About the National Waste Reporting Mapping Tool

The National Waste Reporting Mapping Tool is an interactive web-based tool developed to assist governments, industry and the community to find information on:

  • the availability of collection services for a range of recyclable materials, and
  • the distribution of waste infrastructure (reprocessing facilities, transfer stations and landfills) and the National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme collection points.

The information may be viewed at a range of levels from a national level down to the local government level. A list of additional information on materials recycled through local government kerbside services may also be accessed.
