Wetlands
Wetlands are a critical part of our natural environment and provide an important range of environmental, social and economic services.
Australia's wetlands are managed collaboratively by the Australian Government, state, territory and local governments, industry and communities.
The Australian Government Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts promotes the conservation, repair and wise use of wetlands across Australia and internationally.
