Wetlands update email list
Subscribe to the Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts (DEWHA) Wetlands Update service.
This e-mail service notifies subscribers of the DEWHA Wetlands Update service of:
- New Australian Government wetland publications, including the National Guidelines for Australian Ramsar wetlands and material produced by the Queensland Wetlands Program.
- Latest information regarding the DEWHA Wetlands Australia newsletter, such as calls for articles, and publication of new editions.
- World Wetlands Day resources.
It is envisaged that email updates will be sent quarterly or more often when there is important wetland information or news.
Becoming a Subscriber
Before you decide to subscribe to the Wetlands Update subscription service please take time to carefully read the conditions of subscription set out below and to review the Department's privacy statement.

We will send you an email once your registration has been processed to let you know that you are a subscriber.
Conditions of subscription
- Information provided by persons who wish to subscribe to the mailing list is collected and recorded by the Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts (DEWHA) for the purpose of maintaining the mailing list and so that DEWHA can provide individual subscribers with the information which is most relevant and useful to them
- Information provided by persons who wish to subscribe to the mailing list will not be used for any purpose other than that specified above and will not be passed on to any other organisation. For further information about DEWHA and your privacy, please read the DEWHA privacy statement
- Subscribers are entitled to cancel their subscription at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription please enter your email and click on the 'cancel subscription' button
- No fee is payable by subscribers for subscription to the mailing list
- DEWHA reserves the right to delete any subscription from its records if an update cannot be delivered to the email address provided by the subscriber
- DEWHA reserves the right to cancel the mailing list at any time and without notice to subscribers
