About the project

The project is a community focused planning study to identify, model, prioritise and develop adaptation plans for the impacts of a future with less water. The project will examine the resilience of the community to successfully adapt to changes in water availability.

This project was completed in November 2011 and provided an assessment of the impact of population growth and climate change on water usage as well as an assessment of the risks to Dubbo's ongoing water supply. This project produced the following reports for the Dubbo City Council in determining future water saving initiatives.
