About the project
This project involved the provision of infrastructure to supply recycled water to irrigate the Coolamatong Golf Course in Berridale.
Project benefits
The project has:
- enhanced water quality and improved the ecological integrity of the Snowy River by reducing treated effluent volumes discharged through Wullwye Creek,
- saved potable water which was previously used to irrigate the golf course, and
- provided a beneficial use for nutrients in the treated effluent through irrigation.
