On-Farm Irrigation Efficiency Program
Call for applications now open
As part of Water for the Future, the Australian Government is calling for applications for the On-Farm Irrigation Efficiency Program.
The total funding commitment for this program is $300 million. The Program aims to assist irrigators in the Lachlan and southern connected system of the Murray-Darling Basin to modernise their on-farm irrigation infrastructure and return water to the environment.

Sample funding agreement and water entitlement transfer contract documents will be made available in the next 10 working days.
Applications close 4pm Eastern Daylight Time Tuesday, 17 November 2009.
