Wildlife Trade Application Portal: now receiving wildlife trade permit applications

What does this mean for you?

Your wildlife trade permit applications will need to be submitted through the new online portal https://onlineservices.environment.gov.au/.

Any pending applications that you might have in the current permitting system will not be affected.

Why a new portal?

The new online portal is part of a Departmental system upgrade that will be easier for you to use and will streamline the wildlife trade permit application process.

What do you need to do?

If you haven’t already, please register now for an online services account at: https://onlineservices.environment.gov.au/.

You will need to do this before you can submit any permit applications through the new portal.
