This is the first yearly Programme Performance Report detailing performance and achievements for the Queensland Wetlands Programme. The period of performance reporting extends from 1 July 2005 to 30 June 2006.
The Queensland Wetlands Programme is a joint initiative of the Australian and Queensland Governments which aims to support projects and programmes that will result in long-term benefits to the sustainable use, management, conservation and protection of Queensland wetlands (Queensland Wetlands Joint Government Taskforce, October 2005).
