Invitation to comment
This proposed plan has been prepared by the Western Australian Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions for consideration as an approved Wildlife Trade Management Plan under section 303FO of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (the EPBC Act). It is proposed that, should the plan be approved, it will be in force for five (5) years from the date of the declaration.

In accordance with the provisions of section 303FR of the Act, you are invited to comment on this proposal. Please submit your comments by 4 June 2018.

About the management plan
The proposed management plan details the status of native flora under Western Australian legislation and the associated licensing and reporting requirements for harvesters collecting native flora. It also details the requirements for authorised artificial propagators.
