About the wildlife trade operation
Approval of this wildlife trade operation allows for the live harvest and export of mated native Australian queen ants subject to conditions. The proposal satisfies the requirements of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. The wildlife trade operation was registered on 6 December 2019 (F2019N00103) and is in force from 6 December 2019 until 5 December 2022.
