About the wildlife trade operation
Approval of this wildlife trade operation allows for the live harvest and export of mated, Australian adult queen ants, subject to conditions. The proposal satisfies the requirements of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. The wildlife trade operation was registered on 16 March 2020 (F2020N00027) and is in force from 16 March 2020 until 16 March 2023.
