About the wildlife trade operation

Approval of this wildlife trade operation (WTO) allows the commercial export of preserved taxidermy specimens of native Australian wildlife and non-native exotic species by the company South Pacific Taxidermy Pty Ltd. The proposal satisfies the requirements of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.

The small–scale WTO and existing stocks WTO were registered on 3 July 2020 and will be in force from 3 July 2020 to 3 July 2023.
